The latest adopters include AnglicareSA, Southern Cross Care, Lutheran Services and PCYC Queensland, all of which have either taken up the Plus tool for the first time or expanded its use across their operations.
Plus is built into TechnologyOne’s fifth‑generation ERP platform and lets staff query business data in natural language, reducing reliance on traditional reports and dashboards while remaining within the governance, security and compliance frameworks required by tightly regulated sectors such as aged care.
AnglicareSA is among the newest organisations to roll out the software, while Southern Cross Care is using it to give frontline teams quicker access to information across its aged‑care facilities. Lutheran Services is adding Plus alongside other AI and automation measures aimed at improving efficiency for staff, residents and clients. PCYC Queensland has extended its existing relationship with TechnologyOne by adding Plus to a suite that already covers supply‑chain, human‑resources, contracts, payroll, financials and corporate performance management.
TechnologyOne announced the Plus tool in October 2025 and made it generally available to customers in March 2026. Executive Vice President for Regulated Industries Cale Bennett said customers are now looking for AI that delivers measurable value while meeting strict governance, security and compliance standards, and that “organizations need AI that is secure, practical and embedded directly into the systems their people use every day.”
The uptake signals a shift from isolated AI pilots to integrated solutions that sit within core business systems. In regulated markets, suppliers argue that AI must operate within established controls rather than around them, a point Bennett emphasised as a driver of demand.
Aged‑care providers and community‑service groups face mounting pressure to boost productivity amid workforce shortages, tighter reporting requirements and cost constraints. Embedded AI tools like Plus promise easier access to operational data without requiring staff to master specialist reporting tools, a benefit especially relevant for frontline managers who need rapid insights.
Industry observers note that software vendors are now competing to demonstrate that generative and agentic AI can deliver clear gains within existing enterprise platforms, with success measured by auditability, control and tangible productivity improvements.
