Representatives of TGEJAC, led by Chairman V. Lachhi Reddy and General Secretary Vodnala Rajashekhar, gathered with senior officials, including Chief Secretary Sanjay Jaju, to present a consolidated list of employee concerns that have been raised repeatedly to the state government.
The union highlighted a range of service‑related issues, foremost among them the delayed release of Dearness Allowances (DAs), the pending implementation of the Pay Revision Commission (PRC) recommendations, and broader grievances affecting contract workers, outsourcing staff and pensioners across multiple departments.
Chief Secretary Jaju responded favourably to two specific demands: the immediate release of two pending Dearness Allowances and the establishment of a committee tasked with examining problems linked to the Contributory Pension Scheme (CPS).
TGEJAC officials welcomed the assurances and reiterated their call for a structured mechanism to address employee grievances, urging the government to honour its commitments promptly and to ensure systematic follow‑up on all pending demands.
The union said it will monitor the government's actions closely, emphasizing that timely implementation of the agreed measures is essential for the welfare of the state's workforce and for restoring confidence among employees, teachers and pensioners.
