More than 350 designers are taking part in the seventh Moscow Fashion Week. Russian collections come from 24 regions, while around 15 international designers represent Kazakhstan, Belarus, China, Türkiye, India, Spain, the United States, the United Kingdom, Kenya, Nicaragua and Sri Lanka.

Manege is the main venue, but events are also scheduled at roughly 15 locations across Moscow. They include the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, Petrovsky Travel Palace and the All-Russian Museum of Decorative Arts. From September 26 to October 1, Manege hosts a market and showroom organised with the Made in Moscow project. It features products from 96 Russian companies, more than 60 of them based in the capital.

The programme includes public conversations with fashion experts and career-guidance lectures involving specialised universities and colleges. Other sessions examine current trends, the influence of Russian cultural identity on fashion and how brands are promoted in the digital era.

World Fashion Shorts is scheduled for September 27 at the Khlebozavod No. 9 art cluster, with 56 short films by directors from different countries. The BRICS+ Fashion Summit follows from September 28 to 30, bringing together industry representatives from more than 60 countries. Topics include market trends, support for local brands, investment, traditional crafts and artificial intelligence.

A new award is reserved for designers making their Fashion Week debut. Judges will consider originality, conceptual coherence and execution; the winner is to receive 1 million roubles to develop their brand.
