Siti Nurhaliza was among the leading winners at the 25th Anugerah Industri Muzik (AIM25), held at the Borneo Convention Centre in Kuching. She took home awards for Best Song and Best Traditional Song, both for Pesanan Buat Diri.
The 47-year-old singer also won Best Female Vocal for Kesuma. Cenderamaya earned her another award in the category recognizing collaboration between a local artist or songwriter and an overseas artist or songwriter.
Aisha Retno won Best Album for her debut release Re.Hab. She also received awards for Best Album Recording and Best Local English Song, both connected to O.R.B.I.T.
Mimi Fly collected five trophies. Serumpun won Best Celebration Song and the award for the song with the highest TikTok performance. Temberang was named Best Music Video and also won in the Electronic Pop/Dance Song category, while Nara received an award for Best Musical Arrangement.
Sarawak Premier Abang Johari Openg presented Mawat with the first-ever AIM award for Best Borneo Song. The win for Dayang Bintang marked the debut of the new category, created to bring Borneo’s musical identity to the national stage. The evening’s Sri Wirama award went to singer Ella in recognition of her contribution to the country’s music industry.
