On Saturday, Sept. 26, South Korean President Lee Jae Myung met reporters in Anchorage, Alaska. His presidential plane briefly stopped there to refuel while en route to Seoul.
Lee was returning from a weeklong trip to two countries, the United States and Mexico. He had been visiting both since Monday. His itinerary included an address to the United Nations General Assembly in New York and a summit with Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum in Mexico City. Lee left Mexico on Saturday.
