In the first half of 2026, TREK Development signed a framework agreement to provide technical support and other services to the European Investment Bank for the Greek government and public-interest bodies. It expects about €4.5 million in revenue over three years. A separate contract with Greece’s Ministry of Infrastructure is expected to generate about €1.5 million over 18 months for work preparing construction projects.
The company won energy-efficiency contracts for public buildings, including schools, hospitals, sports facilities and ports. It is bidding for construction projects worth around €18 million, with awards possible in 2027. In technology, TREK is pursuing digital-transformation and smart-city work and considering acquisitions in defence and civil protection. It acquired 51.43% of agri-food consultancy TERRA Advisory, with an option to buy another 30%.
Management forecasts parent-company turnover above €6 million in 2026, roughly 70% higher than in 2025, and pre-tax profit close to €2 million, up about 20%. The consolidation of TERRA is expected to add €1 million in group turnover and €0.3 million in pre-tax profit.
First-half revenue was €1,725,201, compared with €1,903,493 a year earlier; pre-tax profit was €618,676. The company said invoicing and collections for additional work through August 5 added €916,149 in revenue and €499,000 in pre-tax net profit. Including those amounts, turnover reached €2.64 million, up 38% year on year, and pre-tax profit €1.11 million, up 17.5%.
