A man has been detained in Nizhny Novgorod on suspicion of attacking two female relatives with a knife and a brick, Lenta.ru reported, citing the 112 Telegram channel.
The man allegedly stabbed his 66-year-old mother, then hit his older sister on the head with a brick and tried to flee. He was found several hours later, arrested and charged in a criminal case. The pensioner died. The condition of the second woman has not been disclosed.
