One killed and six injured in strike on Kharkiv

One person was killed and six injured in two missile strikes on Kharkiv's industrial district, Italian news agency ANSA reported, citing the Kyiv Independent. Mayor Ihor Terekhov confirmed the casualty figures and said an administrative building and several vehicles caught fire.

At least 10 residential buildings were damaged. The report said search operations were continuing for possible victims. ANSA said Russian forces used Banderol missiles.

In a separate incident, a Russian drone struck energy infrastructure in Poltava region, leaving about 22,000 people without electricity, the Kyiv Independent reported. No casualties were reported. Two days earlier, another drone hit an energy facility in Lubny district, cutting power to about 6,000 people.
