VK sells stake in ticket company named in Kanye West concert refund lawsuits

The group sold its 40% holding in Intickets, an agent for ticket sales. Buyers have filed claims after the planned St Petersburg shows were cancelled.

VK has sold its 40% stake in Intickets, the company that acted as a ticket sales agent for Kanye West concerts in Russia that did not take place. VK said it would continue developing its VK Tickets service and supporting the Pushkin Card programme using its own technology and infrastructure. SPARK data showed the stake transferred to TKI LLC on October 2. The company was registered in August 2026 and is wholly owned by Tatyana Kondratenko, who directly owns the other 60% of Intickets.

Intickets is named in several lawsuits by ticket buyers seeking refunds. West’s shows had been scheduled for October 10 and 11 at St Petersburg’s Gazprom Arena, but the venue said no contract had been signed. Promoter Say Agency announced in late September that the concerts would not go ahead. Some customers had filed claims before that announcement.

One buyer sought a refund of 704,000 rubles for four electronic tickets, plus penalties and compensation. Another claim for 50,200 rubles was filed on September 18. RBC reported further claims, including one exceeding 380,000 rubles. There is no indication that VK’s sale of its stake was connected to the lawsuits.
