Salary ceilings depend on specific skills, with offers reaching more than 180,000 rubles for electricians and 120,000 rubles for warehouse workers, according to hh.ru analysts cited by Lenta.ru.
Electricians and warehouse workers ranked among the best-paid workers in Russia’s in-demand occupations since the start of 2026, Lenta.ru reported, citing hh.ru analysts. Sales consultants and sales managers remained among the most common job openings.
The analysts’ figures, as reported by Lenta.ru, put sales consultants at 7% of vacancies and sales managers at 6%. Driver-couriers and general workers accounted for 4% each; couriers and cooks about 3% each; and accountants, warehouse workers, packers and electricians about 2% each.
The salary estimates in the report are tied to particular skills, not just job titles. Sales consultants experienced in handling customer complaints could be offered up to 90,300 rubles, while sales managers with project-sales skills could be offered up to 158,300 rubles. Drivers who know English could receive offers of up to 250,000 rubles.
Electricians able to read drawings and schematics were listed with offers of up to 185,000 rubles, while those skilled in cable installation could receive up to 151,700 rubles. Warehouse workers with documentation skills could be offered up to 123,000 rubles. These are top-end offers cited in the analysis, not average salaries for the occupations.
Lenta.ru also cited a separate GdeRabota.ru survey in which 33.6% of respondents said the lack of suitable vacancies was the main difficulty in their job search. That result reflects job seekers’ views and is not hh.ru vacancy data.
