The HR Summit, sponsored by HR technology firm Amiqus, will take place at the Royal Institution in London and will feature a packed day of learning and discussion aimed at people professionals working in the games industry.

Guided by an advisory board of industry experts, each session will pair a subject‑matter expert with a dedicated facilitator to drive practical insights and actionable outcomes for attendees.

The confirmed sessions cover four key themes: "Preparing Your People Strategy for AI," which will explore skill identification, talent reskilling and employee trust as AI reshapes work; "AI in Employment Relations," focusing on emerging AI‑derived workplace issues and risk mitigation; "Managing Neurodiversity in the Workplace," offering practical approaches for supporting neurodivergent staff and managers; and "Beyond Resilience: Supervision for HR Leaders," which will address support mechanisms for HR professionals handling workplace challenges.

Opening remarks will be delivered by Sasi Venables of the HR Confidence Club and veteran industry people expert Niki Head, setting the stage for the day’s discussions.

The afternoon programme will shift to building effective people strategies, featuring first‑hand insights from studio leaders and people heads at leading UK game studios; those sessions will be announced next week.

Tickets, which include lunch and access to the Best Places To Work Awards UK, are now on sale.
