The announcement, made in Washington, introduces a new group of broadcasting professionals who will participate in the BLT program, which combines interactive sessions with seasoned faculty and invited speakers.
For more than 25 years, the BLT program has prepared nearly 450 senior executives and managers, equipping them with the skills needed to assume leadership positions within television and radio stations.
Participants will explore a range of topics that shape the future of broadcasting, including financial and business strategy, management and leadership, artificial intelligence, human resources, and organizational culture.
“The 2027 BLT class brings together an exceptional group of professionals who are ready to challenge conventional thinking, learn from one another and inspire confidence for what lies ahead,” said NABLF President Michelle Duke.
Duke added that “resilient and effective leadership has never been more important, and we are thrilled to support these professionals as they grow and to see where their leadership takes them.”
For additional details about the program, interested parties can contact Pamela Cervera, senior program manager for the NAB Leadership Foundation.
The foundation’s broader mission is to develop leaders, prepare individuals for broadcasting careers, and recognize the community impact of local television and radio stations.
