Users can invoke the assistant with the wake word “Hey Qira,” through on‑screen entry points, or by pressing a dedicated AI key, and benefit from shared memory and context across Motorola and Lenovo devices.
In the latest expansion, Motorola said owners of select devices in the Signature, Razr and Edge families should expect Qira to appear after their phones are The move aims to give a continuous AI experience as users switch between a Motorola phone and a Lenovo tablet, such as saving a note on the phone and picking it up on the tablet without re‑typing.
The Moto G series is also slated to receive Android 17, but the press release makes clear that Qira will not be added to that line of phones, at least for now.
