The rebrand follows Orange’s move to take full control of MasOrange and is intended to simplify the group’s corporate identity in the country.
The change applies only to the corporate brand; all consumer‑facing brands remain unchanged.
Orange España’s portfolio continues to include Orange, Yoigo, MásMóvil, Pepephone, Jazztel, Simyo, Euskaltel, R and Telecable.
The company says it has invested close to €50 billion in Spain, principally in fibre and 5G infrastructure, and supports around 55,000 direct and indirect jobs.
“Orange España is one of the most recognised brands in our country and explains clearly and simply the company we are today: the leading operator in the Spanish market by number of customers and satisfaction,” said Meinrad Spenger, CEO of Orange España.
Orange traces almost three decades of consolidation in Spanish telecoms, citing acquisitions such as Amena, eresMas, Jazztel, Yoigo, MásMóvil, Pepephone, Simyo and the Euskaltel group.
According to Brand Finance 2026 figures, the Orange brand is valued at $18.9 billion, up 6 % year‑on‑year, ranking eighth among global telecom brands.
The new identity also reflects a broader shift from a traditional telecom operator toward a technology company, with increased emphasis on artificial intelligence, 5G, cybersecurity, cloud and other digital services.
The adoption of the Orange España name leaves the existing management team, operating structure and commercial brands unchanged.
