Anastasia Mishina and Aleksandr Galliamov did not have enough time to prepare Angelika Krylova's new programmes for this season and chose routines they had already mastered, the choreographer told RIA Novosti.

Krylova said she had created both a short programme and a free skate for the pair. The skaters had hoped to enter a Challenger Series event in Japan. After receiving neutral status, they chose to return to international competition with programmes already performed in Russia.

She also said she had prepared a hip-hop routine for the pair, but their coach Tamara Moskvina was not ready for that style. According to Krylova, Moskvina promised to revisit her choreography next season.

Krylova worked with Mark Kondratiuk and Adeliia Petrosian over the summer as well. Petrosian approached her and suggested the music. With little time available, Krylova studied singles rules and consulted specialists as she developed the choreography.

She created a free skate for Kamila Valieva, but the skater chose programmes by Benoit Richaud instead. Richaud also continued working with ice dancers Vasilisa Kaganovskaia and Maxim Nekrasov, choreographing their free dance for another season.

In ice dance, Krylova described the Golden Waltz element in this season's rhythm dance as demanding. She changed the musical approach for Dario Cirisano's programme before the event in Japan following specialists' comments. In her assessment, subsequent international performances showed the original version could have been retained.
