Mail.ru users reported access problems on October 20

Mail.ru users in Russia reported problems on October 20. By 14:27 Moscow time, Detector404 had recorded more than 1.2 thousand complaints over an hour and 1.6 thousand over a day.

Moscow accounted for the largest number of reports. Users in St Petersburg and the Samara, Nizhny Novgorod and Moscow regions also reported problems. Complaints concerned access to the service, personal accounts and the website.

Mail.ru’s press office told Frank Media that all services were operating normally.
