Actor Mia Goth has filed to end her marriage to Shia LaBeouf in Los Angeles County Superior Court. The petition says the couple have lived separately since July 2025.
According to The Associated Press, the 32-year-old Goth is seeking primary legal and physical custody of the couple’s four-year-old daughter, with visitation for LaBeouf. The actors married in 2016 after meeting while filming “Nymphomaniac: Vol. II” in 2012.
They had announced a split in 2018 but did not legally end the marriage. The couple reunited in 2020. The new petition cites irreconcilable differences as the reason for the divorce. Representatives for the actors did not immediately respond to AP’s requests for comment.
The filing was submitted on Tuesday, October 6. Goth’s custody requests are set out in the petition, which will now proceed through the court process.
