RIA report on Ukraine operation cites targets in 146 areas

RIA Novosti published a summary of the military operation in Ukraine, reporting strikes by Russian units in 146 areas and the interception of 764 drones over the past day.

RIA’s page includes an interactive map marking areas of military activity and reporting on the advances of both sides’ units. In the accompanying summary, Russian forces said they had struck drone production and storage facilities, ammunition and military-equipment depots, and temporary deployment sites of Ukrainian armed formations and foreign mercenaries.

According to the published figures, air defenses shot down four guided aerial bombs and 764 fixed-wing drones over the past day. The summary also listed cumulative Russian military estimates since the start of the operation: 674 aircraft, 284 helicopters, 255,428 drones, 672 surface-to-air missile systems, 31,150 tanks and other armored vehicles, 1,784 multiple-launch rocket systems, 36,651 field artillery guns and mortars, and 73,859 motor vehicles.
