Interfax, citing Rosaviatsiya, reported that restrictions at Sheremetyevo had been imposed for a third time since the start of Oct. 6. The earlier report also linked the measures to flight safety. Rosaviatsiya’s latest statement announced that the restrictions had been lifted.
