Social Fund sends future pension statements to women from 40 and men from 45

Women aged 40 and older and men aged 45 and older automatically receive a statement about their future pension through Russia’s Gosuslugi portal, the Social Fund of Russia said.

The statement shows accumulated insurance-service years, the number of individual pension points earned and an approximate future payment. It also includes pension eligibility conditions and information about pension savings.

Notifications are sent without an application once every three years until retirement. The fund said they let people check whether employers have submitted complete records of their employment periods. Any missing or inaccurate information can be corrected in advance.

The fund’s press service said people use the service to review their pension accounts. This helps them approach pension assignment with fuller and more accurate information about their work history.
