SuperJob compares starting salaries for inexperienced workers in Moscow

Driver-delivery workers without experience in Moscow are offered starting salaries of 70,000 roubles a month, SuperJob told RIA Novosti, the highest figure among the occupations it listed.

The figures were reported on October 10. Analysts put offers for the listed full-time positions requiring neither experience nor a specified education level at 55,000–70,000 roubles a month. Production-line operators followed drivers in the comparison, with offers starting at 65,000 roubles. Sales assistants were offered at least 60,000 roubles.

For baristas and couriers, the service cited starting offers of 55,000 roubles a month. The comparison concerns employers' offers for selected occupations, rather than a single rate applying to every vacancy in Moscow. It also does not represent the average earnings of people already working in those jobs. The figures describe the lower starting points quoted for the roles in the comparison.
