Court keeps Moscow man in custody in case involving four schoolgirls
A court in Kaliningrad Region has remanded a 41-year-old Moscow resident accused of sexual offences involving four girls under the age of 12.
Investigators allege that from April through June 2026 the man exchanged messages with the girls and contacted them by video call. They say he committed lewd acts during those calls.
He was detained in Moscow and taken to Kaliningrad for investigative procedures. The court ordered him held in a pre-trial detention centre until November 14, Lenta.ru reported, citing the regional branch of Russia’s Investigative Committee.
Local broadcaster Kaskad also reported the court decision, citing the regional Investigative Committee. The published reports did not identify the accused. The case remains under investigation, and the allegations are being presented as the investigators’ account.
