WA Police search for Alice Jane Bowden after car found abandoned

Western Australia police appealed on October 10 for help finding 38-year-old Alice Jane Bowden in Attadale. Her silver Mitsubishi Lancer sedan was found abandoned on Burke Drive, and officers expressed concern for her welfare.

Bowden was last seen driving the vehicle on Saturday morning. Several police units were subsequently sent to the area, including canine officers and Water Police. The search also covered a section of the Swan River.

Residents were asked to review CCTV, dashcam and home-security recordings for images of Bowden or information that could help establish her whereabouts.

Police described her as having fair skin, a medium build, long brown hair and green eyes. What she was wearing when last seen was unknown.

Anyone with information about Bowden’s location was urged to contact police immediately on 131 444.
