Dubois beats Wardley again to retain WBO heavyweight title

Britain's Daniel Dubois retained his WBO heavyweight title by defeating compatriot Fabio Wardley in their rematch.

The rematch took place in London on October 17. Dubois won by technical knockout in the second round, British media reported. He had also stopped Wardley in May 2026 to win the belt.

Dubois, 29, now has 24 wins, including 23 knockouts, and three defeats. Wardley, 31, suffered his second loss, with a record also comprising 20 wins, 19 by knockout, and a draw.
