McMillan missed the Buccaneers’ loss to the Cincinnati Bengals last Sunday after sustaining a knee injury, marking his first absence of the season.
Team medical staff cleared him as a full participant on Thursday, a status update that improves his odds of being on the active roster for the upcoming matchup against the Cleveland Browns.
The Buccaneers also reported limited participation from safety Miles Killebrew, who is dealing with a concussion, and cornerback Jacob Parrish, who is nursing a back injury.
Defensive lineman A’Shawn Robinson took a rest day and did not take part in Thursday’s activities, while linebacker Christian Rozeboom (foot), offensive tackle Justin Skule (oblique) and running back Sean Tucker (hamstring) each logged a second full participation this week.
If McMillan is cleared to play, his return could bolster Tampa Bay’s passing attack, which has struggled to find consistency early in the 2026 campaign.
