The agreement, announced in a press release distributed by GlobeNewswire, calls for Paradium.AI to move RTB’s media assets onto the company’s MediaOS and to generate revenue from the migrated content over the next decade.
RTU Digital emphasized that the deal does not constitute an acquisition or a tender offer, underscoring that the two firms will remain separate entities while collaborating on the technology platform.
Closing the transaction, the company said, is contingent on a private stock sale, a condition that must be satisfied before the partnership can become operational.
An AI‑focused analyst described the arrangement as a strategic scale‑up for RTB, noting that the firm is pursuing a platform partnership rather than a full‑scale purchase of Paradium.AI.
The analyst added that a signed, closed deal with disclosed economics filed in an 8‑K report, together with an initial revenue contribution from Paradium.AI, would turn the agreement into a stronger catalyst for RTB’s growth.
