The Great Place To Work® India survey placed Canara HSBC Life Insurance in the "Best Workplaces for Women 2026 – Top 50" list, highlighting the insurer's ongoing emphasis on an equitable and growth‑oriented environment for female employees.

The accolade arrives alongside the company's inclusion in the "Best Companies to Work For 2026 – Top 100" ranking and marks its fifth consecutive year of Great Place To Work recognition, as well as a spot among the top 25 workplaces in the BFSI sector.

Chief People Officer Kiran Yadav said the award underscores the firm’s commitment to creating pathways for women to advance, noting that "creating a workplace where women can thrive goes beyond policies – it is about building an environment where they feel empowered to speak up, take on new challenges and grow."

Canara HSBC Life Insurance attributes its success to workplace practices that encourage ownership, collaboration and ethical conduct, while fostering diverse perspectives and shared responsibility across all levels of the organization.

Founded in 2007, the insurer is a joint venture between Canara Bank (36.5%), HSBC Insurance (Asia Pacific) Holdings Limited (25.5%) and Punjab National Bank (13%). With its corporate office in Gurugram and a network of 107 branch offices as of June 30, 2026, the company distributes life‑insurance products through Canara Bank, HSBC Bank and other bancassurance partners across Tier‑1, 2 and 3 cities.

Looking ahead, the company says it will continue to strengthen people‑centric policies, expand leadership opportunities for women and sustain a culture of collective success that aligns with its "Promises Ka Partner" philosophy.
