Kaprizov hat-trick helps Minnesota beat Florida 4-1 in Sunrise
Kirill Kaprizov scored three goals and supplied an assist as Minnesota defeated Florida 4-1 in an NHL regular-season game in Sunrise.
Matt Boldy opened the scoring early in the first period. Kaprizov made it 2-0 in the seventh minute with a power-play goal assisted by Maxim Shabanov.
Matthew Tkachuk cut Florida's deficit in the second period, but Kaprizov restored Minnesota's two-goal advantage. The Russian forward completed his hat-trick with an empty-net goal late in the game.
Kaprizov therefore contributed to all four Minnesota goals, scoring three and assisting Boldy. He now has six goals in five games this season. Sport-Express, Championat and Sport24 reported the completed result.
