Kuban reopens 18 kilometres of Vyselki–Kirpilskaya road after repairs

Two repaired sections of the Vyselki–Kirpilskaya road, with a combined length of 18 kilometres, opened on October 14 in Russia's Krasnodar region. The regional administration reported the opening.

Deputy Prime Minister Marat Khusnullin formally launched traffic by video link during the Road 2026 exhibition in Krasnodar. Governor Veniamin Kondratyev and Federal Road Agency head Roman Novikov took part in the ceremony.

The overhaul was carried out under the Infrastructure for Life national project. Funding from different levels of government totalled 718.6 million rubles. Regional authorities said the contractor's deadline was the end of November 2026.

The road connects Vyselki and Kirpilskaya and passes through Beysuzhek Vtoroy. Khusnullin said it provides access to hospitals, schools and agricultural businesses.
