Letim payment service in Turkey to close on November 30

Letim has announced it will stop operating on November 30, 2026. Cash withdrawals and transfers to Turkish bank accounts have already been disabled.

According to the notice on its website, users can spend their remaining wallet balance on online and in-store purchases through that date, inclusive. The app will also allow them to withdraw funds to their own Russian bank account.

Letim allowed tourists to fund a digital wallet from a bank account and pay in Turkey using a QR code or a physical card.

After November 30, users will be able to withdraw remaining funds by contacting Letim’s support team.
