More Poles oppose Tusk's government than support it, CBOS poll finds

A CBOS survey found that 33% of respondents support the government, while 45% oppose it. Most also gave a negative assessment of the cabinet's record.

The share of respondents who support Donald Tusk's government rose by one percentage point from August. The share who oppose it increased by five points. Another 20% said they were indifferent, while 3% were undecided.

Asked to assess the government's performance since taking office, 55% gave a negative rating, up four points from August. A positive assessment came from 36%, unchanged from the previous month. The share who were undecided fell to 9%.

On the economy, 33% said the government's policies create a chance to improve the situation, down three points from August. Another 58% disagreed, up eight points. Nine percent were undecided.

CBOS also asked whether respondents were satisfied with Tusk as prime minister. Thirty-three percent said yes, down three points, while 55% were dissatisfied, up four points. Eleven percent were undecided.
