More than 80% of Russians buy something on digital platforms every month, Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko said, describing the reach of e-commerce in the country.
Grigorenko has previously said e-commerce accounts for more than 20% of Russian retail trade. He forecast that the share could rise to 25% by the end of 2026; this is a projection, not a final year-end figure.
