Moscow Aviation Institute students win Tender Hack with procurement portal prototype

A Moscow Aviation Institute team won the final Tender Hack event of 2026 in Kazan, Moscow's competition policy department said. Participants developed a prototype to fill in product specifications automatically on the city's Supplier Portal.

The competition brought together 104 participants in 24 teams from Moscow, Kazan and Innopolis. Teams from Innopolis University took second and third place.

Winning captain Savely Tretyakov said his team consisted of second- and third-year Moscow Aviation Institute students. They used generative models and found ensuring correct operation with the data the most difficult stage.

Department head Kirill Purtov said participants worked with a real dataset and the catalogue of goods, works and services. Organisers expect such tools could reduce errors when preparing procurement records.

The Kazan event was the fifth in the 2026 series. The department plans another five competitions in 2027.
