One hospitalised after drone debris falls in Tuapse

One person was injured when drone debris fell in Tuapse. Authorities also reported a fire on a mountainside that was subsequently extinguished.
The Krasnodar region's emergency task force said on October 9 that the injured person had been taken to hospital and was receiving medical care. Its statement, carried by Interfax, did not specify the injuries or the patient's condition.
A fire also broke out on a mountainside facing the sea. The task force said it had been extinguished. Kommersant reported that emergency and specialist services were working at the scene.
Earlier that day, Russia's Defence Ministry said 62 drones had been intercepted between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Moscow time over several regions and the Black Sea. Krasnodar was listed, without a separate regional figure. This total does not establish how many drones left debris in Tuapse.
