Rubio denies White House ordered Starlink slowdown in Ukraine

US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the White House had not ordered Starlink service in Ukraine to be slowed.
Speaking to reporters before leaving for Uzbekistan, Rubio responded to Volodymyr Zelenskyy's suggestion that a decision in the United States was behind restrictions on the satellite service. He said the disruption had not resulted from deliberate action.
Rubio also said that, as far as he understood, Starlink was now working normally.
