Russian Defense Ministry says 110 Ukrainian drones downed over 12 hours

The ministry said drones were intercepted over ten Russian regions and Crimea; Belgorod region’s operations headquarters reported four people injured.

Russian air defenses shot down 110 Ukrainian drones between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. Moscow time, the Defense Ministry said. The ministry said the drones were intercepted over Belgorod, Bryansk, Kursk, Tula, Ryazan, Oryol, Lipetsk and Rostov regions, as well as the Moscow region and Crimea.

Belgorod region’s operational headquarters said four people were injured in drone strikes. Moscow 24 and other Russian outlets also reported the ministry’s figure for intercepted drones, citing the department.
