Ryazan region’s Health Ministry announces death of deputy minister Vladimir Khominets

The Health Ministry in Russia’s Ryazan region announced the death of deputy minister Vladimir Khominets.

Khominets had worked at the regional ministry since 2017.

A source familiar with the situation told RIA Novosti that the official had died in a road accident.
