September utility bills can be paid through October 15

The payment deadline has moved from the 10th to the 15th of the month after the billing period, State Duma member Sergei Kolunov told RIA Novosti.

Residents can pay their September housing and utility bills through October 15. State Duma member Sergei Kolunov reminded RIA Novosti that, since March 1, the payment deadline has shifted from the 10th to the 15th day of the month following the billing period.

Kolunov said the change takes account of pay and pension schedules, since some people receive their income after the 10th, 12th or 15th of the month. September bills therefore must be paid by October 15.

Payment options include the Gosuslugi public services portal, the GIS Housing and Utilities system, bank apps, cash desks and terminals, Kolunov said.
