Sofia Muravieva resumes training with Evgeni Plushenko

Figure skater Sofia Muravieva has returned to Evgeni Plushenko’s group. The coach announced their renewed partnership on his Telegram channel, Interfax reported.

Muravieva had previously trained at the Angels of Plushenko academy before joining Alexei Mishin in 2025. That coaching partnership subsequently ended.

The 20-year-old won silver at the 2024 Russian championships. In October, she competed at the Russian Grand Prix event in Kazan without an official coach.
