Spartak plans new training facilities in Tushino and Sokolniki

Club CEO Sergey Nekrasov outlined plans for pitches, indoor arenas and a training base. Work in Tushino is scheduled to run from late 2026 through 2030, while an outdated arena in Sokolniki is to be replaced.
Spartak is preparing several training pitches for use in Tushino and is building a training base, an administrative block and a covered arena with a full-size pitch. Club CEO Sergey Nekrasov said the facilities are scheduled to be delivered in stages from late 2026 through 2030.
The complex is also planned to include a 3,000-seat stadium with artificial turf. It is intended for the youth team, Spartak-2 and the women’s team. Nekrasov said completion of a hotel had been delayed because additional work was needed.
A separate project concerns the academy in Sokolniki. The club plans to demolish the old indoor arena and build a replacement with a 105-by-68-metre pitch. Nekrasov cited the building’s condition and the need for more modern facilities for young players.
Moscow authorities approved the architectural and planning design for Spartak’s Sokolniki complex in July 2026. Published project parameters list a 19.5-hectare site and more than 64,000 square metres of facilities, including a training base, indoor arena, technical building and a 500-seat stadium. The Sports Ministry had earlier presented a separate Tushino complex project with an area of about 110,000 square metres.
