Tchouameni reaches 200 Real Madrid appearances in win over Villarreal

Aurelien Tchouameni reached 200 appearances for Real Madrid in the home match against Villarreal on October 10. Madrid won the eighth-round Spanish league fixture 1-0.

After the game, the French midfielder thanked the fans, the president and the club. He described being at Real Madrid every day as the fulfilment of a dream and said he hoped for more appearances and victories.

Tchouameni acknowledged that the team could improve but pointed to the difficulty of returning after three weeks on international duty. He said the main achievement was beating a strong opponent. He also expressed confusion about the red card shown during the match.

According to the club, Tchouameni has been involved in 140 victories and scored seven goals since his debut on August 10, 2022. Real Madrid president Florentino Perez presented him with a commemorative shirt.
