A guest at the Briz hotel said her room was cramped and the air conditioning and housekeeping fell short. Her account was a personal review published on Zen.
A Russian tourist who stayed with her family at the Briz hotel in Adler said she was unlikely to return. She shared her account with the travel portal Tonkosti Turizma; the review was published on the Zen platform.
The guest said the family was given a small room with a double bed, a single bed and a folding cot. She complained that the air conditioner worked poorly, that one of the two windows opened onto the floor’s corridor while the other was in a cramped bathroom, and that the shower had weak pressure and fluctuating water temperature.
The reviewer also reported dust, rust and mould in the toilet and said the hotel had no swimming pool. In her view, the price did not match the quality and the stay fell short of her expectations.
She advised other travellers to compare accommodation farther from the sea, saying the beach could be reached by bus, taxi or rental car. The article also mentions a separate review: another Russian family previously spent 300,000 rubles on an Adler holiday, and the woman reported dirty rooms at a hotel 15 minutes from the sea. Both accounts describe individual travellers’ experiences.
