Abdulhalikov sets YFL scoring record with 43rd goal of season

Dynamo Moscow forward Matvey Abdulhalikov scored his 43rd goal of the YFL U-15 season, surpassing the competition’s previous scoring record. His equaliser earned a 1-1 away draw against Rubin on October 10.
The hosts took the lead in the round-25 match in Kazan through Artem Losev in the 15th minute. Abdulhalikov levelled in the 55th, and neither team scored again.
The previous record had stood for two years. Zenit striker Vadim Shilov scored 42 goals in 33 matches during the 2024 season. Abdulhalikov has now exceeded that total by one goal.
After 25 team matches, Dynamo is second in YFL U-15 with 58 points. Rubin has 38 points and occupies seventh place. In the next round, the Moscow side will host Chertanovo, while Rubin travels to Master-Saturn.
