Arsenal overturn Leeds lead with two second-half goals

Arsenal beat Leeds 2-1 in the sixth round of the Premier League on October 10. The London side recovered after James Justin’s opener and moved to 15 points.
Justin put the visitors ahead in the 55th minute. Riccardo Calafiori equalised in the 62nd, before Bruno Guimaraes scored the winner in the 70th. Leeds United’s official website confirmed the result and scorers.
After the match, Arsenal stood second in the table, while Leeds were fifth with nine points. It was the visitors’ first league defeat of the season and the hosts’ sixth consecutive home league win.
Mikel Arteta’s side entered the match as the reigning English champions. They had won the title in the previous season for the first time in 22 years.
Both teams are scheduled to play again on October 18. Arsenal will visit Nottingham Forest, while Leeds will host Manchester United.
