Igronik founder outlines plans for advertising group's IPO
Igronik founder Nikita Pipko plans an initial public offering through KIT1217, a new structure that will include the Russian advertising group, RBC reported on October 12.
Pipko put the expected timetable at six months to a year and a half, with practical preparations beginning in 2027. He currently favours the Moscow Exchange but said other venues remain possible. A listing has not yet taken place.
The proposed offering would cover 20–25% of the shares. A pre-IPO transaction is also under consideration, potentially involving between a quarter and a third of that intended offering. Those fractions refer to the proposed stake, rather than the entire company.
Founded in 1992, Igronik provides advertising services to more than 80 major companies. Clients include Alfa-Bank, VTB, Russian Post, LSR, Ingosstrakh and MTS.
The group ranked fourth in the 2025 media-agency and advertising-holding ranking compiled by the Association of Communication Agencies of Russia and Sostav. Its estimated advertising budget in that ranking was 48.8 billion rubles, a measure distinct from the company's valuation.
