Johnny Depp’s paintings and sculptures go on show in London

Johnny Depp’s exhibition at London’s Halcyon gallery opened on October 13. The display brings together paintings, drawings, sculptures and collages made over several decades.
The works include portraits, floral compositions and imaginary figures. RBC reported on October 14 that the London exhibition follows Depp’s presentation at the Shanghai Museum of Contemporary Art.
Among the exhibits is his first sculpture, Bunnyman. According to the report, the character grew out of a drawing his son Jack made at the age of five. Depp associated it with a recurring dream from his own childhood, when he was about five or six.
The gallery lists the exhibition at its New Bond Street location through November 15. Admission is free, according to Halcyon’s visitor information.
