Julius Randle praises Egor Demin’s leadership with Brooklyn Nets

Brooklyn Nets forward Julius Randle praised teammate Egor Demin’s ability to lead and organise the team, according to comments reported by the New York Post.
Randle said Demin communicates confidently with teammates and is willing to take on a leadership role. He encourages the guard to speak up even more, arguing that youth does not prevent a player from leading a team.
The forward also highlighted Demin’s understanding of basketball. In Randle’s assessment, the Russian guard makes sound decisions, understands his own strengths and helps organise the team’s play instead of trying to prove himself to others.
Randle joined Brooklyn in a trade from Minnesota during the summer. He expressed confidence in his teammate’s prospects, offering an experienced player’s assessment of Demin’s approach to the game.
