Khimki aims to complete heating-system adjustments by the end of the week

TSK Mosenergo and building management companies are adjusting Khimki’s heating system following its seasonal start-up. They aim to finish the work and achieve stable operating conditions by the end of the week, the district administration said.
District head Inna Fedotova chaired an operational meeting on heat supplies. She said the system was gradually reaching its normal operating mode, so its parameters could temporarily differ from required standards.
Before the season, the district prepared boiler houses and central heating stations and carried out hydraulic tests on main and distribution pipelines. Its 2026 investment programme included reconstruction of 4.1 kilometres of heating networks.
The work covered part of the M-25 main, Repina and 9 Maya streets, and networks in Novogorsk, Podrezkovo, Skhodnya and Levoberezhny. Repair teams, materials and equipment have been prepared, with round-the-clock duty arrangements.
Residents whose radiators remain cold after heating begins, or whose hot water supplies are disrupted, should contact their building management company or TSK Mosenergo, the administration advised.
