Khinshtein reports four people hurt in Oktyabrsky district drone attack

The number of people hurt in a drone attack in the Kursk region’s Oktyabrsky district has risen to four, Governor Alexander Khinshtein said.

The governor said the attack targeted an energy facility and attributed it to Ukraine’s armed forces.

Local newspaper Drug Dlya Druga, citing Khinshtein, reported that a man with a shrapnel wound to his left shoulder sought treatment at Kursk Regional Hospital. Doctors provided the necessary care.
