Lavrov begins talks with Saudi foreign minister in Manama

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and his Saudi counterpart, Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, are holding talks in Manama. Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova announced the start of the meeting on Sunday.

Zakharova published a photograph from the opening of the talks. The meeting is taking place in Bahrain's capital on the sidelines of the ninth round of the Russia–Gulf Cooperation Council Strategic Dialogue.
